we hired this lawyer to represent our son on a criminal charge; we were not aware that he had no experience in criminal law in Canada; we paid him good money only to see that he did not show up in court; we had to complain to the law society to get our money back. not a good lawyer.

derek have done work for me for 25 years his fee are fair sometimes i thought they were to low but im not going say anything he put a lot of thought in what he does he takes his case to heart when he take a case if you are looking for someone that will tell you the truth about your case he,s your guy

Charged a flat rate of $65,000.00 to preform a task that he never did. Then 10 months later withdrew without stating to the courts any stated reason, other than imminent necessity.
