I recently witnessed Carrie represent my son in a custody battle. Up to that point she was impossible to get ahold of, everything had to go through an assistant. We provided 4 cd's of recorded conversations, threats, lies etc to Ms Gasaway, she forgot to enter that in depositions, couldn't be used. Watched my son get badgered by the opposing attorney, her attorney knew the law, cited it many times. Ms Gasaway brought boxes of files...for what I don't know, she was very unprepared for court....she got bowled over and cost my son $8,000.00. He had paid $7500 up front, the day before the court, she did make a phone call to him to make sure he brought another $500. She is either over preocupied with other clients or personal life problems or totally inept. There were 5 members of our family present, it was very unanimous that Ms Gasaway was a poor attorney...in fact we were quite shocked and in disbelief how she did nothing, we prepared her for trial and she did nothing.

This is the worst lawyer ever. I had to endure a year of her hell. She my trial to take cupcakes to her child's school. She did nothing for my case and lost everything for me. Also to mention her over inflated cost to appear and to work on case was ridiculously high priced and to no avail she was a wimp in court an allowed her peers to win and say everything in trial, with no rebutal. she stole my money!!! She is basically a con and a thief. Carrie gassaway needs to go back to alabama where she belongs. Let alone she stole trust fund money, and her husband tried to cover that FACT up for her. Stay far away from her. trust it not worth your time or money to use this broad

I had to deal with this woman for over a year and it was pure hell. She would not communicate with me and left me in the dark about everything. She only emailed to remind about court dates. She overcharges and doesn't provide the services expected.
