After dealing with Mr. Boyack for about a year, and getting nowhere with my case, I realized that almost every case hinges on the attorney's ability and willingness to defend a client. Mr. Boyack has time and time again expressed his unwillingness to defend my case to the best of his ability. He refuses to take into account my disagreements with proposed orders, and has continued to advise me that "this is the way it is". As a result i have signed into unfair agreements regarding support issues and have been granted much less than standard visitation with my child. I recommend that anyone concidering hiring Mr. Boyack, seek other counsil. You will save time, money, and frustration by doing so. I have no choice, but to rate Mr. Boyack as one of the worst attorneys I have had the displeasure of working with.
