Retained Mr. Schatten against my better judgment. I wish had trusted my instincts. Terminated him very quick. It appears he has fallen on hard times. Not sure if he even has an office? Always wanted to meet somewhere else.

My experience with Mr. Schatten was better than I could have imagined. His attention to detail and his presentation of my case was beyond excellent.

It is incredible that such incompetent, careless and unethical lawyers are allowed to practice law. In my case he would not prepare the case until the night before hearing; was found sleeping in the court room; disappeared without any trace for almost several months. He gets full marks for incompetence.
