Gagandeep and Nadia were incredibly helpful during my application. Always willing to answer all of my questions. They were a great resource during the whole process. If it wasn’t for them, I would not have been able to apply via Express Entry. They helped me review all my documents and analyze the best path to take. Also, very professional. Thanks to Danielle and the Visa Place Team my E2 visa was approved recently. The process took couple months, but the results were excellent. Danielle was always available for any questions.I recommend using Visa place and will always refer to them regarding US VISA.

I've applied for TN Visas on my own and have had mixed success. Since I started using Niren & Associates I've had 3 TNs with no issues at all. It's well worth the money to avoid the headache and grief. Sasha helped me with my most recent TN and it all went quickly and smoothly. Big thanks to Sasha and the entire Niren team.

We met with Fadi Minawi to help us to file I-130 Application end of March 2016. The Application was filed by May 2016 and the full process was completed by March 9, 2017. We landed in U.S. on March 16, 2017. Our contact was Natalie Walcz the Legal Assistant to Fadi Minawi. She was professional and handled all our inquires in a timely manner. With Natalie's guidance, everything went very smoothly without any glitches. We are satisfied with this service and they delivered what they promised. Money well spent.

My situation is similar to the reviewer below from last September. After paying for my consult, I showed up early but was kept waiting late. The meeting was also terminated early. During the meeting the consultant dodged most of my questions and made it clear they would only be helpful once I committed to paying them for a full review. I sent follow-up questions afterward which went unanswered, and when I contacted the firm again, I still got no response. My request for partial refund was ignored. A very disappointing experience and not the kind of firm I had been led to believe Niren was.

For my TN application I worked with Fadi Minawi and his assistant Natalie. They were both very professional and responded fast and on-point to my queries. Once my file was complete, my practice-interview with Fadi gave me confidence I had made a good choice. I felt prepared and ready. I recently had some questions regarding entering the US; I decided it would be prudent to first consult VisaPlace.
As soon as the "consultation" began, I realized there was a serious conflict of interest. It was clear that the lawyer's only concern was to sell me their "entry package" for a reduced price of 2.5 grand. Not surprisingly, she tried to convince me that my situation was dire, and that their "entry package" would be just the right medicine. She urged me multiple times to Google the lawyer (Fadi Minawi) who would be helping me. Of course, when I eventually googled him out of curiosity, the praises were raving. Now why am I not surprised??
In reality, my situation was a very simple one. By trying to push the "entry package" on me, the lawyer was acting like a surgeon who tries to convince me go through surgery because I caught a cold. In the end, I ignored these "professionals," and I had no problem crossing the border all on my own!

They represented us through the entire process of my application for permanent residency in the United States (I am Canadian and my wife is American). They were both incredibly helpful, informative and professional. VisaPlace lawyers, Hishge & her assistant Mary did an outstanding job helping me with my spousal sponsorship application. My wife had an issue with missing police certificate that we couldn't obtain from UAE, but VisaPlace helped us along the way making sure that all other aspects of our application are complete then made substantial effort collecting evidence and proving that we could not obtain the PCC due to UAE government not cooperating. The result was my wife getting her PR application approved without any significant delays. Thinking about how much pain and grief VisaPlace saved us from, I'll be forever grateful. When my boyfriend and I were in need of a Multiple-Entry Visitor Visa for his daughter, I wouldn't have considered hiring any other Immigration Firm. I reached out to Michael Niren, Managing partner directly and he was quick to put me in touch with one of his associates, Hishge Bessey. I worked with Hishge and her and her assistant Jeff Wu throughout this process. They were quick at responding to my emails and even better at explaining various aspects of the visa process, as well as addressing my concerns. In working closely with them, we were able to ensure that CIC had all of the information needed to approve the visa application. We are happy to say that our visa has been approved as of February 2016 and we couldn't be happier! I dealt with Fadi Minawi at Niren & Associates with regards to my US Immigration matter. I had a complicated immigration matter with included dealing with a prior criminal record. Mr. Minawi dealt with the matter in a courteous and professional manner, with the end result being a positive one. Year 2005, Niren & association help me to get work visa and it was successful. So then year 2008, Niren & association help me to get PR and its was successful. So then year 2015 they help me to applied TRV for my wife and it was unsuccessful and then we move to next step "family sponsorship" and already applied and awaiting for results. Our lawyer was Ms. Subuhi Siddiqui and her legal Assistant Ms.Zahra Fadhlaoui, so they are very helpful and they answer all my questions promptly and I am highly recommended they have very good knowledge of all immigration matter. During part our process, I must say that my wife and I weren't particularly impressed with the service we received. To the point of completion, we were asked to deal with three different lawyers. After expressing our concerns the case was then passed to Lubna Hussein. The difference in our experience was like day and night. Lubna turned a potentially gruelling ordeal in to a well oiled machine. Her communication, knowledge and total professionalism are second to none. We have now reached the favourable conclusion of our case and because of the actions and sheer hard work of Lubna Hussein it is indeed a happy day. Of course, all companies have staff changes and this we understand. Lubna ensured the transition of lawyers did not interrupt the progress of our case and the communication was constant, clear and she aways did what she said she would. My husband and I went to Niren and associates for a spousal sponsorshop for permanent resident status. In the past we had issues with other lawyers. He is an American resident and I am Canadian. We found the team at Niren and associates to be extremely knowledgable while dealing with our matter. In particular, the associates who handeled our case, Sonia Grewal and Zahra Fadhlaoui, had an excellent attention to detail, were straightforward and easy to talk to. Our application is still pending, however I trust that all will be well with Niren and associates on our side.

I have Niren & Associates as my immigration lawyer to apply for my PR in Canada. They also offered to do a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP) for me once I got the 1st stage approval. This turned out to be very important as I found a new job but the employer didn't want to do a Labor Market Opinion for me. But Niren & Associates managed to get me the BOWP so I can start working for the new company. You will have to make an appointment by email if you wanna call and talk to them, but the associate working with me is very fast to respond to my emails. Sometimes they are a little slow to process and prepare your documents and forms but that's probably because they are working with many clients, and I'm OK as long as they do the job right.

Back in 2011, I contacted Niren & Associates for a very important career decision that was based on my immigration status. Reached out to this office to assist with a complicated sponorship application- the experience started very well, I have to say, but progressively worsened as months went by. Following up with them is difficult given that there was more than one member of the team dealing with my case (had no idea who was doing what). No main point of contact was established- I had to make sure of that myself- which was futile because not once, but twice, did that individual suddenly 'no longer work with Niren and Associates' without any notice to me, the client. Calling and speaking to supervisors did not work either- there seems to be no accountability at all with this team.

Was very useful to have Niren & Associates' experience. In my case the process of getting a green card via an L1 transfer is probably not going to be as easy as it appeared from my own research. The firm was able to give me much more detail on what would be involved and after our conversation suggested an E2 visa as an alternative.
Subsequently I have found out that I may qualify for a National Interest Waiver. I did mention this briefly but the response was that we would need to look at this later. I felt that the firm had far less experience in NAIWs and that may have influenced the advice I got to go for an E2. On the whole though I was happy with the consultation.

Charged exorbitant fees and did the absolute minimum. Any time I tried to contact "my lawyer", I was usually only allowed access to the legal assistant. The document I was applying to the USCIS for, pertaining to U.S. Immigration, was actually approved, but did not arrive. "My lawyer" did nothing to assist me, despite my requests and the aformentioned exorbitant fees I had paid. I later learned, FROM the USCIS itself, that the document I'd been urged to apply for was NOT EVEN NECESSARY as long as I entered the U.S. once a year, even for an hour or two. This law firm sold me an unnecessary service, under false pretences, and did not provide assistance when a snag was hit.

I have used the Niren for my work permit previously and was amazed with the results, and this time with TRV it was no different. I will retain Niren Associates to help me with my PR card and will recommend to all my friends and relatives. Immigrating into the States was a breeze. I had no problems getting the TN visa. It was determined that the visa would expire at the same time as my passport. It was recommended to me to renew the visa when it was necessary.

This lawyer took over 2000 dollars from our firm, failed to help us in obtaining a visa in time and blamed the sponsored candidate for it. They then asked us for more money to "try" something else which we refused. I've worked before without issues with Baker and McKenzie lawyers across the USA, and after this with a recommended lawyer in Canada without issue for the same process. Either they are swamped or incompetent but this is NOT a recommendable professional.
