Marc was a great lawyer and a hard worker keep up the good work and he really cares for his clients.thank you for all you do we need more lawyers in this world like you he never gave up he was willing to fight for the case until the end.

Met Marc Weinberg in 2014 Was referred from someone I knew, claiming he’s good. First I wanna say is the girl at the front desk sucks. She never get anyone on the phone and send you to there voicemail. #2 when you ask yo speak to someone, there either with a client or on the phone. That’s EVERY TIME. Another thing, I had 4 different situations with mark and nothing went forward at all. 1 case I lost and I believe that he didn’t fight hard enough. My other cases was a incident when I went on a cruise and got bitten up by bed bugs, & was treated like crap and bought this to him and nothing was done. Another incident a girl stole my bag from the airlines and she worked for them and bought this to his attention and nothing was done. So the last one was a incident about a wrongful termination and at first I bought it to him he blew it off. Until I pressured him. He fast talk you and will sell you a dreams. Never heard anything good about the law firm. Finding me another lawyer. Do ya resear

Absolutely terrible!! Not only has this firm had mail practice suits and was disciplined by the state licensing authority, these guys are unprofessional and lazy! Case has been going on for years and they claim to have court dates set but NEVER actually had them set!!!!

I would like to speak of my experiences with Attorney Mark Weinberg. I had called to inquire about an auto case. Mark had met me the following day on a Saturday missing his childs Soccer game. He and his office attended to my case that following week. Not only were the staff friendly and knew who I was they did call me back upon requested. This also included Mark on his cell. Long story short I received the settlement however, additional coverages were in question RE:My uninsured and underinsured coverage. My own ins company denied my coveraged.. So, I move on with exceptence if the initial settlement..In months ahead I had moved to a new residence and had a different phone number. You see,Mark had never given up for that additional coverage. He fought for me and we recieved settlement ..the office attempted to reach me for months..Do to their exceptional tenacity and knowledge I just deposited my second substantial check for that case. There is a major issue with handling and filing thngs in a timely matter.ALso lack of communication with keeping u informed.

STAY CLEAR!!!! This guy is the worst. Never shows up won't call back.Secratery is rude, can't be any worse. He is like the "used car dealer of lawyers". I hope you find a tru professional that cares about your disability and not treat you like cattle and how much money he will get. Good luck to you.
