His team was pretty good at getting my issue though my explaining could've been on me. Anyways, it was great in court. They came prepared and the prosecution for my case even looked frustrated when they found out winder was doing my case. Of course we won and Widner sent them back home crying A+ for me!

Skeptical at first about hiring this firm. Bob had over 2000 cases I saw online, but 3-4 bad reviews. I asked Bob about the reviews because they used funny terms like "double agent", and he explained that one lady client used a hachet on her own children and Bob is about kids. He withdrew. Another guy was doing meth, and Bob withdrew, even though he got him visitation. My ex was on meth but the judge didn't take our kids away from her. THe system was screwing me. Judges get votes, they don't get selected because they understand parental alienation. THe system is fixed. My ex's parent were millionaires and tried to break me! Bob great the crooked system. Bob charged a flat $1500 per month and kept me in the ballgame. Then when the judge didn't treat me fair, Bob asked for a jury trial. He had more jury experience than the four lawyers that were against us. I won custody from the jury, and Bob destroyed my ex on the stand. It took a jury trial to get me justice.

My family was going through a rough time during our case. Having to share my family with my drug addict husband and the costs were too much to deal with alone. Bob,instead of meeting regarding my case, he spent endless hours talking about his daughter,never discussing my case, he made promises that were never fulfilled. He took 3K and blew smoke up my tail, made several phone unanswered phone calls to him to follow up on why no movement was happening on my case. The day of court regarding this severe parental alienation & abduction issue, The judge advises him he never filed a motion, he didn't know any details on the case after he obtained all copies of my case files. I ended up forking over my child he had nothing to fight with.
I came to pick up my paperwork at his office I sat 2 1/2 hours in the lobby. Another family comes in ready to rip his head off, overhearing the discussion. I realized our experiences were very similiar, he was out of 9k. To make a long story short, HE IS A CON ARTIST, BANKRUPT & GETTING READY TO MOVE AGAIN,HE'S CAUSED ME TO LOSE MY SON! AND TOOK MY MONEY, HE HAS NO BUSINESS PRACTICING LAW. DO NOT USE HIM PLEASE!!

Bob was exactly the lawyer I needed - aggressive, helpful, straightforward, communicative, sincere, knowledgeable and is just a good person. Bob quickly observed that my not standing up for myself with my ex was not helping me. Bob immediately worked to understand the fundamentals of my case, was quickly able to gauge when a response or action was necessary during the negotiation and when it would have been a waste of both his time and my money. His flat monthly fee helped win my case, because my ex employed an hourly attorney and she ran out of money. Bob achieved a better outcome than I could have hoped for.

Once you pay you have no way of knowing if the work is getting done until it is too late. His office did not file paperwork on time or correctly. It was a complete ripoff. He showed up to court unprepared and attempted to hide it by presuring me into setting at my dispense. None of my paperwork was provided to me when requested. They never reviewed or corrected the final decree. I have not been able to reach them over the phone in months. Had to hire a new lawyer to complete work already paid for.

Terrible!!! Flat out lied to me, didn't show up in court, ended up losing a lot of time and money because of this guy. Told him what was non-nego for me in regards to divorce, flat out lied and said it was covered...it wasn't. Will cost me even more to get a competent atty to repair the damage. Suggested I give my ex-who was tried and convicted of violence towards me- joint custody or else I would lose in court. Apparently, that was also a lie. HORRIBLE!!!

Horrible, horrible horrible. No matter the cost of this attorney you have got to know your rights and have someone with enough sense to explain them to you. That's why you pay for an attorney to explain the legal stuff to you and what your options are. Someone to lookout for your best interest...This guy didn't do that.

Don't waste your money. I ended up doing all the work. Fired him less than a month after he filed the petition. He never removed himself from the case, never sent me my file and never gave me a financial accounting as I asked. I wrote my own settlement agreement, wrote my final decree..did all the paperwork myself. Divorce was final this morning.
