Had extended divorce mediation session with Ms. Harrington. She kept us longer than scheduled, and we had some hope of progress. Session ended abruptly with NO progress made but huge additional costs. Followed up with her after receiving yet another additional charge about a month later. She indicated that in our particular situation that succesful mediation was unlikely. I wonder then, other than racking up additional fees, why the heck we stayed so long trying! Would definitely not recommend her for mediation work unless the sides are pretty close and cooperative already.

Terri was very unprofessional. She had a hard time filtering information and as an arbitrator was remarkably one sided depending on her previous relationship with representing counsel. What appeared at first to be a "wholesome" style of mediating turned to be total "country bumpkin".
