I went to Imran Faridi because I was starting my own business and needed to draw up contracts for Corporate Formation and Business contracts. To be honest, I did not have any idea what I was doing. I was business savvy but didn't know what that meant legally. Mr. Faridi was so patient with me - he took the time to understand and discuss my business objectives, explained the type of legal issues I needed to be aware of, and best of all, offered me a very reasonable rate. Believe me, I shop around for everything so this was such a great value especially for someone with a budding business.
