I was invovled with this firm due to a moditfication on my mortgage didn't go through due to lost paperwork. When I contacted them and gave them notice that I was settling with my mortgage company to bring acccount up to date there office continued to refuse to respond to me and told me to contact a lawyer. Even my lawyer said that his office was difficult to deal with and he was familiar with them. It was both of our oppinions that they were determined to continue and file the forclosure and serve me (directly after I informed them of my intention to settle my account!) I belive this was an attempt to add filing fees to there bill.
