Mr. Ericson handled my divorce against a real nutcase ex-wife and her overly litigious and shady attorney with the utmost in professionalism and skill. What should have been a very simple case with no children involved turned into a real ordeal due to opposing counsel, but Mr. Ericson handled everything smoothly. He always took the time to listen to my concerns, and he was as successful an advocate both in court and in settlement negotiations as anyone could hope for. He took a very reasonable, settlement-oriented approach, trying to keep matters as simple as possible, but he was not at all hesitant to proceed into litigation when circumstances warranted. My case eventually did settle without a trial, though there were a number of hearings prior to that. In short, I would highly recommend Mr. Ericson's services as an attorney.
