Mr Kanter has no regard for professionalism. He took advantage of my grandfather when I was in jail taking him for 2500$, and was aiming for 5000. Elliott told my grandfather he would take my case and help bail me out, but instead of bailing me out the normal way, he wanted my Grandfather to put up his home for collateral and in the process took a simple transaction that should have taken less than a day and expanded it to weeks, all while I sat, restlessly, in jail. The countless times we attempted to contact him, when we did get in touch, we were told it was being taken care of, while it wasn't. Mr Kanter did nothing right, and led to many hours of anguish for my family.

one of the best attorneys in SD! my brother was facing LIFE after 2 strikes but after a jury trial --- not guilty! Hes always in trial thats why he cant always return ya'll calls jaja

And yet another bad lawyer, he hardly ever did any work for us, never not even once called me back, once he even dared to say "I just called you" even though I never had missed calls from him, his attitude was one before I paid him, after that he completely disappeared, every single time i got a lame update, was after multiple phone calls from my side. He did nothing for us, just took our money, how sad is that people takes advantage of the need of others, is there anybody that can take care of lawyers like this? Are they above the law themselves?
