I have observed Amy's lack of strategic vision and poor courtroom presence. She is more than willing to let herself be pushed around by opposing council, is not assertive and files motions then does not follow up with any "bite". Her Case Management Plan was a complete waste of time. She has filed for contempt on various infractions by the opposing party, and never took the opportunity to make it stick, despite continued delinquency.
I have found her difficult to contact and in no hurry at all to bring my case to closure. She seems to be in over her head.
I do not feel like she is "in my corner" in the least, and is just going through the procedures autotonically.
Any decent Los Angeles lawyer would have a field day tossing her like a will-o-the-wisp.
