Did everything she could to maximize her bill, and also maximize referrals within DLA Piper to further pad my bill with unnecessary work.

She is a lawyer who only has money in her eyes and occasionally treat customers rudely and abilities are well below what she charges. e.g. she is not able to provide legal professional advice; she delays communication time that keep repeat same issues; her reply emails are even more pointless, and so on, her secretary is even worse.

Very professional and thorough. Very direct on her approach and tells it like it is. Needs encouragement to think outside the box. Listening skills not as strong but very much an advocate for her clients. Would highly recommend.
