Not honest. Overbills in excess. Enjoys “kicking a person when they’re down.” When questioned about his billing tactics there is no response. Hmmmmmm.

I have had the worst experience ever with Mitchell Rose. I can say without a shadow of a doubt the only thing that this person cares about is getting paid. He is expensive without providing any real results. All he did was suck our money dry...very poor at letting you know your bill till the day before court and then he holds it over your head and refuses to go on till you pay...I had high hopes for him and it was a big let down.

Not impressed - only sporadically provides service when contacted and when service is provided it feels like 90% cost and 10% return. Terrible communication skills. I had another lawyer tell me he didn't even try and settle my case. Told the other lawyer to counter offer their own proposal. Would not ever recommend him to anyone. Even my worst enemy.

I hired Mitchell Rose to review a complicated employment matter where a potential job was in the balance. I found him courteous, thorough and professional, and his advice helped provide the guidance that I needed to make the right decision. This lawyer and his secretary are rude, obnoxious and love to pretend they are helping you. Everything promised was a big snowjob. All this lawyer is interested in is billable hours. There was no remorse or sympathy when he couldn't deliver what he promised.Use this lawyer if you want to throw your money away. After consulting with two other lawyers I was advised I didn't have enough to make a case and they were honest. Why did he tell me I had a case? To rip me off.

I have used Mitch Rose on a few occassions and the service and value that he provides is outstanding. He was great at explaining in simple terms, listening to me, being very effective with his time and got me settlement terms in excess of what I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Mitch to others - in fact I have and I also get glowing reviews back from them about their experiences with Mitch.

I am very pleased to recommend Mitchell Rose who on two occasions was able to obtain for me a settlement significantly better than what was intially offered to me. This was driven by his knowledge, his resourcefulness, his creativity and his tenacity. As well, he was very patient with my questions, explained things in English (not legal-ese)and fully thought through everything he recommended. I had the opportunity to work with Mitch on an employment case recently and as his client, I can say that he was fantastic. He was thoroughly professional at all times and was excellent at communicating both the bad and good news, even when confronted with very challenging communication from the other party and my own pressing of the case. Also, in contrast to another review here, I was provided an estimate of the cost of the case up-front, and was very pleased when he came in UNDER the estimate. I highly recommend Mitch.

I have dealt with Mitchell Rose for over 10 years. He has done great work for the family as I have also referred both my parents and my in laws to have their estate work done while my father also used the firm for some corporate work. Not only is he knowledgable, he is one of the few lawyers I have met over the years who actually knows how to communicate to a client in a language they can understand. Having referred him in hte past, I wouldn't hesitate to refer him again if the opportunity arose.

Delayed settling; Continued to say I could get
more when the law clearly stated I couldn't. He will drag
things out as long as possibe to increase his billing and send
useless letters that accomplish nothing but waste money and time.
Stay away from his and his lawfirm unless you want to throw away your money.
