We disregarded the June conviction of $100 000. Only to receive our first bill from her which exceeded our $10 000 retainer. Terrible over billing! eg. $10 for calling to book our first appointment. We were billed before we even agreed to her services! She's a lawyer? More like a con artist that only cares about $ not children.

Live in Stratford without transportation to Waterloo , talked in emails and phone calls. Had her people come right to my house . I was up on a fraudulent motion of contempt , she seen this , made the my wifes lawyer see it and bam withdrawn. Will be using her in family court for everything else ....shes a gem . Fights CAS and BS and stands up to Judges , love this woman.

From the point of view of working for her: she works incredibly hard for her clients which she treats with the utmost respect. However, don't ever apply for a job to work for her, as she sees the need for staff as a necessary evil and will constantly criticize you for things she told you to do (but forgot) and will blame for you everything on earth that goes wrong (such an electrical storm knocking out her computer system) when you are completely innocent. I was humiliated in front of a client by her for something I did not do which was appalling. Very secretive, does not want one staff talking to another, does not let you even sign into the computer when she is not there, and in the time I was with her refused to hire a cleaner so I had to clean the bathroom myself and do the trash, etc. She is a horror to work for though the work is easy and the clients are nice. Worst female boss I have ever had.

Bridgitte has been nothing but wonderful in representing me in my child custody case. It took me years to find a lawyer who accepts legal aid in Kitchener/Waterloo not many do these days. She has stayed in her office meeting with me until midnight on occasion which certainly goes above and beyond. I have had the opportunity to speak with several duty lawyers over the years and not one has had a good thing to say about her. My theory on that is they know she is a winner and are intimidated! Thank you Bridgitte for all your support these past 4 years!!

This lawyer is one of the wrost lawyers to work with she does not work with you. the whole time I had her she mad it harder to get my daughter back. but I did and I will never work with her again. she does not listen and she LEFT ME IN COURT yesterday I almost lost the chance to have my child back but thank god there was an aternive resolution. THIS LAWYER SHOULD NOT BE A LAWYER !

When other lawyers heard cas they backed out and wouldnt help. Brigitte has taken on our case in getting our grandson out of care and so far has done an amazing job defending our family ! We have every confidence our precious boy will be home very soon !!

I currently have mrs gratl as my lawyer now for family court.. I lost my children against family services and she helped me get the back .. I have a lot of respect for her. She has worked past midnight she has even helped me when she went on vacation and I called her for advice. No other lawyer I know or had would ever do that. and she is the best lawyer I have had .... people say she takes ur money but I'm with legal aid so. I don't have money to give and she still helped me win my kids back and is currently still helpin me. Honetly besy lawyer I've ever had

i currently have Ms. Gratl as my lawyer in family court. All i can say at this point is that she does what she says, works past midnight most nights interviewing clients after being in court all day. Not many lawyers like this around! With her, its about the heart and passion of truth and Justice.....its not about $$$$ like most lawyers. She is tough against opposing lawyers and stands up against the Judge when its about truth and Justice. Brigitte is a "true patriot" and highly commended and recommended as a lawyer.

Brigitte Gratl is one of the best lawyers and she is vey helpful and works really hard on my case. She relly helped me out in every way she could.if you even need a lawyer call her she is the best and will work her hardest and she is always there in the time of need I work for canada court watch and i highly recomend her to any one . She is the best lawyer for fighting CAS . she works many long day and long night to get our kids back and she always dose it with a smile and a big heart. Brigitte Gratl is the best lawyer

I have a lot of respect and admiration for Brigitte. She helped me in a really bad time and believes in tirelessly following the law no matter what it takes. I was pardoned of false allegations against me because of this. She is very knowledgeable, funny, patient, and virtuous. One of the few lawyers out there who has her heart in the right place. :)
