Used her for some family law matters what a mistake. Totally disorganized, rude and quadruple biller. Wish I saw the reviews ahead of time. Should’ve been a red flag with her retainer agreement when she just takes a lump sum, no hourly rate and nonrefundable retainer. Do the city of favour and retired Pam.

Great firewall if you are getting harassed by the other side. If you don’t have lots of money your case will remain idle and won’t get anywhere. Pam has the experience that is needed in court but her bills are high. She claims her daily rate to be $9k to 12k although she recommended to the Law Society of BC that she should only pay $5k per day when the roles are reversed (2018). It can sometimes be long before she gives you advice. She is excellent for cross examinations and discoveries and knows what to say on the record.

Pam is an incredible lawyer! She represented me in a MVA case and was nothing short of brilliant! I was kept in the loop about my case every step of the way. Pam and her assistant are extremely efficient and excellent at getting the job done. The negative reviews are astonishing to me and make me question the posters as in the 6 years I’ve dealt with Pam I have experienced none of it. My case was a 6 vehicle pile up and was a little more complex than most. That was no challenge for Pam. She is highly experienced in all aspects of legalities and I highly recommend if you want to win your case, Pam is the lawyer to do it. My life has changed with the settlement I was awarded. I am confident no other lawyer could have done for me what she did. I could rave all day about her. Being able to buy a home, pay my new vehicle off and be debt free is all because of her.

This woman is nasty, dirty player and out to ruin families. greedy to the core. She will focus on ridiculous issues. Scandalous mud throwing. If you wish to ruin All hope of being any way amicable with your ex then this is your lawyer. NASTY! ??

I do agree that she might have been a bit disorganized and not perfect with communication at times BUT she did the job and she did it WELL. I got exactly what I wanted and I felt like I was with a pro. She seemed so much more knowledgeable and prepared than the opposing laywer. My daughter's father called her the pitbull.

I absolutely love her! She has represented me on 2 separate occasions in the past decade. Both times were in my favour :). She's very busy and works out of town as co-counsel on other cases. Her assistant does much of the leg work for her and communicated great with me anytime I required details, documents etc. Is she a bit unorganized? Perhaps, but she gets the job done.

The worst lawyer I could have used in my divorce case against an abusive husband. I started proceedings in 2003 and she did not follow instructions, did not communicate properly with me, did not file paperwork properly, at one point went to court on my "behalf" without even notifying me there was a court date then telling the opposing counsel I chose not to show up and the judgement was held against me. She was offensive to me and outright hostile to my father who was paying my legal bills. In the end after years of her bungling my case I gave up and hired another lawyer after disclosing how she had been and he finally fixed things and got me out of that marriage in 2007. Expected A LOT better from a woman to understand how important getting out of that marriage was. And worse, she made me feel like I had been psychologically abused all over again. Her actions/behaviour tarnished the image of lawyers. She should not practice law ever!!! Horrible experience working with her!!!

I owe Pam such a debt of gratitiude. Without her help, my son's deadbeat Dad would have been able to continue to evade his child support responcibilities and get away with the illegal conveyance of a property. My case was quite complicated by the fact that my son's father did not reside in Canada. I could not have asked for a better lawyer and ally than Pam Boles!

Pam was referred to me by a friend. At the time, I was going through a NASTY divorce. Pam and her staff continuously kept me in the loop with opposing counsel, applications and all correspondence. She exhausted herself fighting for myself and my daughter. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer in my corner. I am forever indebted to Pam and her staff!

Pam Boles is worth her weight in gold! She is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, diligent and truly cares about her clients. I always felt very taken care of by her. Appearing in court with Pam made me feel like I was there with a family member; that is how much she cares. She will not rest until she has your matter resolved in your favor, she has a brilliant mind and as a result uncovers things that you would never believe or could have imagined to be relevant. She is driven by doing the right thing and making the right thing happen. I would trust her with my life, this is how deeply impressed I am. I have since referred her to a friend of mine who says "Pam did more for me in one week than two prior Lawyers did in 2 months, because of her I was able to have a restful week for the first time in many months". Ms Boles took over an estate matter which was very complicated. She was extremely efficient reviewing various bank documents. Due to her tenacity the defendants did not wish to proceed to trial. I have been in the justice system since 1966. I have numerous dealings with lawyers over that time. Compared to other fees from counsel Ms. Boles fee was more than fair. In fact she had been recommended by counsel that had been on the other side of a case with her. She saved the estate half a million dollars. Best dollar I ever spent
