Would not recommend unless you have money to burn for nothing in return. Unprofessional and amazingly unorganized. Paid 4 law clerks to learn my file because her office is so toxic everyone kept quitting.

Money hungry! Buyer beware. Paid $5000 to cover work plus retainer. 2 days before court was told I owed another $3500 for court. Was told $5000 was to cover a day of court but apparently she blew through $5k in a week working on the case. I had done a lot of the back work putting packages together and collecting things to use. I had no choice but to get another $3500 deleting my entire savings account at this point. Motion was never confirmed with the court for 9am ended up spending an entire day at court. Got billed for her lunch she purchased in the cafe. And walked out with no changes to my order. Everything remained the same! Furious. Anyway a couple weeks later I get a bill for another $3700 for apparent back and forth with my ex’s lawyer even though I told them I was not retainer her anymore. So $3000 for a couple emails. Buyer beware! Big city costs in a small town is not acceptable. Money hungry and inefficient work

I would absolutely hands down recommend Roxanne Shank and the entire team at Shank Law when it comes to family law. My experience with Roxanne was fantastic! She is kind and compassionate when it came to my case, Roxanne talked to me like a person and treated me with the same respect she'd treat a member of her family. Roxanne and her team always shared their thoughts and asked me my opinion on everything they did to make sure I was just as satisfied as they were. When Roxanne speaks in the court room she ownes the room, she's smart and knows the family law system and definitely gets results. I'm beyond thankful for all the hard work and dedication Roxanne and her team out into my case and would hands down recommend Roxanne Shank to anyone going through family matters.

I was dealing with separation divorce alimony for almost 12 years and 3 different lawyers and nearing retirement , I was a broken person . With help from Roxanne we reached a very realistic agreement to settle ,be clear of each other so I could retire in a timely way with no obligations .Roxanne took the weight of world off my shoulders .I can not her enough.

I had gone through a separation and needed a lawyer for representation. I received Roxanne's number from a co worker. Not knowing much at all about the process and only having an outrageous agreement handed to me from my ex.I thought I was done! I went to Roxanne and told her I wanted it dealt with quickly.I got it done and finalized very quickly like I had asked.She and her team are there for you and care about your outcome.Very knowledgable and had all the answers. I strongly recommend Roxanne and her team, they have helped me move on to a promising future. It really couldn't of worked out any better for me.

I got seperated and I was served my papers and was wondering my next plan. I knew of Shank Professional Law Office from the community. I called in and talked to Lynn and made an appointment to see Roxanne. Roxanne and her legal secretary Lynn were a great help. Keen and sharp knowledge of the law. I was able to get my case settled relatively quickly. Truly honest detailed billing and Exceptional representation. Good people over there.

No one ever wants to experience having to go find a lawyer, deal with FRO, family law or any of this. But let me tell you, Roxanne made this experience for me go from terrifying, to positive and comfortable! i was in a terrible situation where i wasn't sure what was going to happen, but thanks to her do diligence, her knowledge of the courts and the law, her great supporting team, i found myself concluding in the best possible situation and left me very happy with the results.
