Money hungry! Buyer beware. Paid $5000 to cover work plus retainer. 2 days before court was told I owed another $3500 for court. Was told $5000 was to cover a day of court but apparently she blew through $5k in a week working on the case. I had done a lot of the back work putting packages together and collecting things to use. I had no choice but to get another $3500 deleting my entire savings account at this point. Motion was never confirmed with the court for 9am ended up spending an entire day at court. Got billed for her lunch she purchased in the cafe. And walked out with no changes to my order. Everything remained the same! Furious. Anyway a couple weeks later I get a bill for another $3700 for apparent back and forth with my ex’s lawyer even though I told them I was not retainer her anymore. So $3000 for a couple emails. Buyer beware! Big city costs in a small town is not acceptable. Money hungry and inefficient work

No one ever wants to experience having to go find a lawyer, deal with FRO, family law or any of this. But let me tell you, Roxanne made this experience for me go from terrifying, to positive and comfortable! i was in a terrible situation where i wasn't sure what was going to happen, but thanks to her do diligence, her knowledge of the courts and the law, her great supporting team, i found myself concluding in the best possible situation and left me very happy with the results. So thanks Roxanne, Ashley, Jim and team!! Keep up the great work!

Roxanne defended me a few days ago for a motion. She is an amazing lawyer! She is clever, kind, reasonable, and funny! She did a great job, and her law firm is like one big family who all look after each other! They really do care.

I used her on a legal aid certifcate and she work diligently and professionally towards a resolution in spite of my ex's unwillingness to negotiate. I would recommend Roxanne i a heartbeat, especially in a case involving children.

Ms.Shank is tenacious,personable & knowledgeable,and her clients are very important to her.She always made sure that all the details were outlined so that we (the client) were capable of making an educated and informed decision. Her support staff is second to none!!! Family Law is a messy venue to say the least,but should you find yourself needing to have a Family Law lawyer I would highly recommend Ms. Shank.
