We were very, very pleased with the outcome of our bankruptcy case. Even though we live 4 hours way, in Mohave County, Greg Malkin was good communicating with us. He answered all our questions promptly and cordially. Everything went as well as it could have been, we couldn't have asked for more. Even after everything was said and done, he still made himself available for aditional questions. All that at a very reasonable flat rate! I'd recommend him to anyone.

Amazing Law firm. I hadn't seen my son in over 2 months and within a week Malkin and assoc. had gotten me visits. They took my case all the way to trial and they did it on a flat fee. I couldn't afford to pay an attorney a ton of money. They were fair to me and did a great job. I tip my hat to them and would recommend them to anyone. You should sit down with Mr. Malkin or Mr. Vale. I can't say enough about them.

Mr. Malkin’s office was competent and caring. They were very affordable. While most attorneys wanted over 1500 dollars for my bankruptcy they only charged 1000 dollars. The entire staff was very nice and the work they did was above my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

Malkin's Paralegal Failed to file my paperwork on time so I had an automatic default judgement put against me. He promised to attend my hearing for "Motion to set aside default hearing" but AGAIN....A NO SHOW and i had to wipe my tears of stress and get down to business! My motion to set aside was granted because I think the judge felt sorry for me! One disaster after another!!! RUN from this firm and don't look back! The staff is very sweet but they work for an incompetent, lazy man who makes excuses for his lack of legal ethics & responsibilities of people who are relying on him!
