Mr. Gorman provided my mother with excellent advise on how to fairly handle a person to whom she rented her guest house. My mom had sought the advise of 2 other lawyers who wanted money upfront and one claimed that she would most likely end up in court, because she did not have a contract (it was a friend of hers grandson). Thankfully, Mr. Gorman advised my mother as to the least expensive course of action. He was able to successfully negotiate with the renter and resolved the case quite inexpensively. He, also, drafted up a lease agreement for my mother to use with future renters, which will make it easier for her to evict them if necessary. My mother was so grateful to him and relieved that she did not use one of the other attorneys, who I think were just trying to intimidate her into thinking she had no other choice! We will use him for any other legal needs in the future.

This attorney, talks to you as if you were 5 years old. Tells you he knows you are not going to do the right thing as for as your case goes. Tells you he sees people screw up all the time. Was out of town for 2 weeks, never left a voice mail stating he was gone, or if there was someone else you could talk to. This Attorney does not have good work ethics and follow through.

Well he told me, wow we're done your case so fast then he told me I evict my tenant quickest posible now my bad tenant filling chpatet 7, after she did chapter 13. Everything he told me is wrong, because according to him he's done she don't have any more chance to file bankruptcy! But now I got scrwed! So guys becarefull who you dealing with!

he isn't a good attorney,he doesn't respond back to client call back, he has his sec, return all calls and responds to you only thru her .he has poor legal ethic. i do not recomend his services.
