Had a routine issue. Lawyer was arrogant, did not return calls. Did not follow up with other lawyer for recovery of money owed me, or press his staff to pay out the funds to me when they arrived.

Mark has provided his expertise and compassion on all of our real estate deals. In each case, the legal aspects of these deals were the most enjoyable and reasonable parts of the transactions. He has also helped us with other issues, in which he provided his advice and time. Mark leads by example.

This man is a disgrace to his industry. His office staff also follow his lead and they can be very unprofessional. In response to my inquiry about his lack of communication, his legal clerk has mentioned that Mr Dudzic doesn't do s*** deal in his office and that he's very busy. This is shocking!!!

I have used Mark Dudzic about 7 times and have been very happy until this last time. I have to agree with another client that there has definitely been a decline in service from his team. No response to emails or phone calls and not returning money for weeks. I'm very disappointed at the moment.

Mark is an excellent Real Estate lawyer I have bought and sold over 50 properties and have never had a problem with closing. His fees are quite reasonable and he can quickly clear up any problems that do come up. His assistant Karen Press is very efficient and quick to return calls. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone and everyone.

I've bough and sold over 20 houses and have used him more than 10 times. I would say in the early days he was better and I could not agree more with the praise other have written about him. Recently I am not confident in his team. Mark had a bad day recently and blew his gasket when we encountered a problem with the sellers side. This took me by surprise! I felt it was completely unprofessional and inappropriate to watch him bumble swear and lose his cool. If you try to email his team if there are problems after closing, they are tardy or do not respond at all. They forgot to register something and I am having a difficult time even getting a hold of anyone. Really a decline in service lately. I am very disappointed in how they have been operating. Good service is definitely hard to find. I strive to look for consistency and results. I don't expect perfection, but genuine quality service. I cannot recommend this law office for consistently good service.

Mark put my Aunts estate into my name after she passed away. As well he was my Lawyer for my new home and everything went very well. Very nice man with a great staff. Thanks for everything Mark.

Absolute Best! Mark Dudzic and his Law Clerk Lori were very friendly and very helpful, we had a bit of a finanacial problem and they worked many many extra hours on my file to make sure that it closed. They treated us with dignity and respect. Kathy who was the Secretary on our file was so lovely to work with, even though it was their busy time of year she always had time to take our calls and return our emails. We have recommended Mark Dudzic to all of our friends. One other thing we would like to point out is that about a month after our closing we needed an affidavit signed and we went back to Mark who did this for us for FREE! now what lawyer does that? He is the Best. His Staff is the best.

Everything went perfect! I figured it would be a complicated process however Mark made it so easy to understand everything that I was signing and I really fect like he actually cared ... weird right?! Only complaint was that on the day of closing the other lawyer didn't submit the final papers till a bit late so I didn't get my keys till about 4:30. He is very knowledgable, friendly and funny :) I have recommended him a ton since then!

The worst possible experience. Dudzic did not attend my signing of documents.He did not personally meet with me even once, registered a the wrong property description on the property title,did not provide any legal advise, charged me for registration of mortgage ,eventhough I bought the house for cash,did not provide majority of closing documents,misrepresented facts in the final report and the list goes on and on ,resulting in a long litigation.

He is by far the best real estate lawyer in the city hands down. I have done over 100 deals with Mark and his staff in incredible as well as being very knowledgable. He is a very friendly guy that can handle difficult problems with ease.
