If you want someone who is extremely professional, polite, attentive and knowledgeable then do yourself a favor and hire Joshua Gleiberman as your lawyer. He has your back every step of the way and provides guidance the whole time. Best lawyer! I had a terrible experience with landlords who tried to screw me over and Josh handled it perfectly and professionally.

Beyond unprofessional. Every negative rating here is 100% correct. He is a bully, and he is arrogant. He doesn’t know how to communicate without being extremely rude, and to me that says enough about your character. If you can’t find a way to communicate with others professionally when your entire job is based on communication, maybe this isn’t the career for you Joshua.

This Lawyer is the worst lawyer in the world! Not only was his paperwork a mess but he is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. He made so many errors in my paper, Couldn't ever remember my name, forgot I had kids, Didn't showed up at court but sent a student to represent me but wasn't filled in on my case. Not only was he rude but bullied me and degraded me and my family. Also very racist! Not even knowing what my background was just made assumptions from the color of my skin. Long story short DO NOT HIRE HIM. You will waste a lot of money and if you have any chances in your case for a positive outcome he will crush it, He makes you look really bad. He is a joke and should not be in this business PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Most worst lawyer ever. Gave me me court documents the night before court so you are not able to change it which is inaccurate and full of errors. He is very short with clients. He is on the top floor of a house so there are lots of stairs, probably because nobody else would rent that space.

Mr. Glieberman is disliked by most, if not all, opposing counsel because he is obnoxious and cannot be trusted. The judges also know this. His behavior hurts his clients because it makes litigation unnecessarily costly. He intentionally inflames already hostile situations, which, again, unnecessarily drives up the cost to his own client.

I used Me Gleiberman for my family law matter and found him to be a strong advocate and always professional and courteous. I enjoyed his straight to the point attitude and that he gave me the facts with no BS. I would recommend Mr Gleiberman to anyone looking for a lawyer.

This lawyer was beyond terrible. I wish I read these reviews before I hired him. My company referred me to him. He can't do simple tasks and gets his secretary to do all his dirty work. I'm going to complain to the bar association, I hope they take away your right to practice law. You are a cheat.

Was very disappointed with my consultation as he was working on other people's files and not looking at me and talking with me about my issue. Continue to answer the phone when I was sitting with him. Did not have his full attention. Never went back. Do not hire him.

Mr. Gleiberman is a hard working lawyer who was very accommodating to my schedule. He made time to answer my questions and never sugar coated the truth. He is tough and his assistants do their best to keep you informed and up to date on your file. The office is very accessible with respect to communication.

I saw this man last week he was so rude I could barely stand sitting across from Him. I was referred through the program I work for as my husband and I of over 35 years are separating. He had ignorant replies on every question I asked. I was not looking for sympathy I was looking for answers and my rights. He looked down on me and did not have anything nice to say. He dressed very poorly and did not communicate like he really cared It appeared to me as he was all about me retaining him and this is what he charges. I would never recommend this man As far as I was concerned he was a bully

He is in the WRONG line of work for his personality. He has horrible people skills and terrible communication skills! He comes across very rude and inconsiderate and I would NEVER pay for his services again just based on his personality. I couldn't be paid to sit in the same room as him.

Nothing's worse than a lawyer or their assistant who won't return your phone calls. I left a few messages over a period of time and the common courtesy of a return phone call was not attempted. He was good at the beginning but I felt he was more for the other party. When things on my agreement changed,I called the office and he asked me if I wanted to waste more money on my case. who is he? did he know already what the outcome would be? I have called the office a few times now and left messages to get the court order in which I paid for and no one seems to be listening to any messages. All I got was a letter saying that there was a court order processed and completed regarding my case and I never received the paper with the OFFICIAL stamp from the court. I guess its true when he gets your money , who cares then right?

Mr. Gleiberman is a very patient lawyer. He has the ability to carry a long drawn out case for the duration. He is very candid and honest - if you ask an opinion be prepared for an answer. He is very knowledgable and shrewd - deals with opposing counsel well. He can be tenacious when you request it but prefers a measured pace (especially when children are involved). I do recommend him to others regularly. It is sometimes hard to get his time, a little too busy, but much better than others in Durham. His knowledge of the legislation and case law is solid. He can cite cases off the top of head in a pinch. All around I'm very happy with Mr. Gleiberman.

Acts like he is knowledgable until he is proven otherwise. Can be aggressive when speaking with client yet is weak, and not outspoken infront of judge. Never accomplishes what he promises. His staff is horrible, fail to inform you of appointments, and even court dates. Not worth the expense when you look at the poor quality of work or effort he puts forth.

Josh's strategic and focused approach as well as his sound advice have made a particularly awful situation manageable and understandable. He always remains focused on solution rather than a battle and uses the right experts where and when appropriate to look after the best interests of the child rather than the fight the other parent seems committed to or ending up in court.
