Extremely disappointed with my experience with this lawyer. He "accidentally" sent sensitive, personal, irrelevant (to the accident) medical information, such as my past abusive boyfriend and a past rape to the ICBC lawyer (it was SPECIFICALLY discussed and agreed that these records were NOT to be released). After he sent that information I had to settle because it was extremely important to me that this information and my personal records not become public record (which it would if we went to trial). Got an extremely poor settlement. I am still in pain more than 4 years after the accident and will likely have to retire several years early. However, I did not even get a 1/3 of a year's wage as settlement (not including reimbursement for medical expenses and actual past wage loss from accident). DO NOT hire this man. Go somewhere else.

I have very bad experience with this lawyer. I was driver and I witnessed how my accident happened. For better understanding I,m explaining this to readers: it happened on one November evening when I was driving from P. Coq. towards Nr One hwy. When I was on the ramp I noticed two brake lights on vehicle in front of me. I had to slam on brakes and I stopped few feet behind pick up truck. I knew that friend of my in-laws was following me to hwy in his pick up and right a way I looked in my rear view mirror to see frightening moment, two headlights approaching my van Aeorostar at rapid speed. I screamed "O no" next was big impact and my van went hitting pick up in front of me. I did find out that was two more damaged vehicles. Policemen made error stating that last fifth car was at fault, asked me I believe twice if one more vehicle was behind my van. I said, no. ICBC choose to blame fifth car. I told Wiseman who was at fault and for some reasons he did not let me to explain to jury.
