Mr. Morgan now works for the BANKS. He is a liar. He lies to the attorneys of hardworking people trying to save their homes, delays modifications and loss mitigation efforts, and flat out lies to judges to steal these homes because he doesn't get paid by the banks unless he wins. Mr. Morgan is a deceitful swine w/a passive and flaccid demeanor that makes it easier for him to lie.

Horrible! If I could give him less than a 1 I would! Clueless, no calls, liar, missed important filing dates, case was thrown out due to his errors, never answered the opposing attorney for information he was required to give, lied to me about everything, he doesnt know what he is doing except to avoid court dates, phone calls, letters and emails. I regret ever hearing his name

terrible, horrible secretaries, no communication, poor skills, nice, but who cares about nice, when you need a great attorney! never reads documents before they are sent out, many mistakes! never again! interview before hiring and ask how many cases won-get referals! get a real pro-not a nice guy-
