Andrew did not review the case two days before the trial, I fired him right after I learnt that he had not reviewed my case. He sent me the invoice showing that 90% of the retainer deposit had been used, when reviewing each line of the invoice, I saw that I was charged for the initial free consultation even though it is an offer for new clients, for the phone call where I called to pay the deposit, for the emails where the paralegal was asking for the information already provided to Andrew Proto who did not review, nor provided the information to her before assigning her to the case, as well as for the regular standard things done by a paralegal at the attorneys' charges' rate. Andrew Proto has not responded to my dispute of the invoice, even though I have emailed detailed explanation and proof of email correspondence, phone call timings, etc. to him, as well as have mailed the hard copies. The case filed against me was dismissed during the trial where I went alone without Andrew.

i HAVE KNOWN ANDREW PROTO FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND WAS A CO-WORKER OF HIS AND DAVID SACHS AT THE DA'S OFFICE. THESE ARE TWO OF THE BEST MOST AGGRESSIVE ATTORNEYS I KNOW. bOTH ARE VERY SMART, WITTY AND PERSONNABLE.

I left a review of the firm if Riebling, Proto & Sachs regarding the preparation of my Qualified Domestic Relations Order. I want to apologize fir what I wrote because it is not true. I took advantage of this website and the good offices of Riebling, Proto & Sachs. They are great. I sometimes drink a little too much and get nasty when I am upset. My AA meetings have been neglected by me but I understand that I must take responsibility for my actions and words. My counselor said that this would feel good and it sure does. To make matters worse I have never even met mr Proto. God forgive me.

Legal Aid wanted to sell me down the river. My mom called Andrew and he went to see me in jail even before being paid!! He expressed genuine concern for me and finally I knew help had arrived. Instead of s felony conviction with six months in jail and five years probation Andrew got me a disorderly conduct which isn't even a crime. My sentence was a 200 fine! My mom takes the credit because she hired Andrew but we laugh about it because You really do get what you pay for! Stay away from legal aid! Hire this guy!!
