Over charges for work she did not do. Will lie and say she sent paper work and did things she never did. She was so bad and over charged so much I ended up using my ex-husbands lawyer. (And he didn't charge me because he knew how bad heather is as a lawyer) google her before you use her. Buyer beware!

Over bills,lies to client about ability to win the case, stretches it out and demands constant payment and produces nothing.Debt Collector behavior to obtain payment in advance then threatens to sign off case after much invested.Very Poor Morals.Holds court communication until more time is paid for in advance and then later mails out old communication.Judge does not approve nor declare for repayment from contender.
