ATTENTION TRUCK DRIVERS!!! If you get a ticket or have legal problems in southern Illinois - Attorney Brian Polinske is your man! He worked hard and had ticket dismissed that was wrongly given. It is NOT always the truckers fault - and he worked hard to prove it! I cannot say enough good about him!

Mr. Polinske is the best lawyer in the Metro East area. He is the only lawyer I know to respond quickly to all inquiries. He has successfully downgraded one DUI to a non-moving violation, and another was completely dismissed. He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is very personable and immediately puts you at ease from the beginning. He is not condescending, nor unapproachable. Also, he does not gouge his clients for money. His rates are extremely reasonable. Having worked with several lawyers in the past, I can safely say that Mr. Polinske far exceeds the standards. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Don't bother shopping around for lawyers. Save yourself the time and call Mr. Polinske.
