Gene Warhurst is currently representing me in a lawsuit. He is the real deal ; no tv commercials or billboards needed. He is passionate about fighting injustices and an advocate for people over big business. I would recommend him for his legal knowledge and tireless work ethic.

Gene Warhurst represented me when I had my automobile accident. The insurance company offered me little to no money for my vehicle repairs. Gene worked for an insurance company and knew how to make them pay top dollar quickly and ensured I would recieve what I was owed. I would recommend him to anyone that has a similar situation or anything regarding an insurance company.

I was told by 3 local lawyers they could not help me. I had a house fire and my insurance company offered to little to repair the damage. Long story short, I heard about Gene Warhurst. Several people told me how he helped them. They all said that he was a former insurance adjuster and had all of these insurance degrees but now he used all of it to help people who have claims but are being cheated or not paid enough. I thought my policy limits were the limits on the front of my policy which on the house and the contents added up to just under 360,000. 200,000 on my house and 160,000 on my contents. I had been offered 100,000 on the house and around 85,000 on the contents. I had a replacement cost policy. Gene got me more than the limits and it took under 3 months! he said, did they not mention that you have an endorsement for an additional 25% of the 200,000, an extended amount to rebuild, & 5% more for debris removal and 10% for code something? he got me 440,000 total!!!!

He advertised in the Press Register as being a hurricane recovery attorney. I responded to the ad, and thats when my troubles began!?! He claimed to be able to settle in 4 to 6 weeks - it took him 8 months. He charged 33% + expenses. It ended up costing me 40% with no itemization of costs. I have found that I was entitled by state law to 6% interest on the funds the insurance company owed me for the four years and also should have been able to collect for attorney fees. Gene W. cost me $75,000.00 for his ignorance!He should be disbared!
