Brad Frakes is honest, dependable, and firm in the courtroom. Sometimes I didnt like what he had to say because he was so honest with me about my situation but in hindsight it was in my best interest. I truly feel like he cares about his clients and isnt in it just for the money.

The BEST! Always able to get in touch with him (he gives ALL of his clients his cell phone number) day or night. He is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his clients. And he wins cases WITHOUT dragging them out!

Brad Frakes is not only a good attorney he is absolutely fantastic! Frakes get's the "job" done! After consulting with many attorney's even hiring and firing one, after thousands spent, I finally found the attorney I needed and wanted to work with, Brad Frakes. I made an appointment to meet with Frakes and retained him immediately upon terminating a prior contract with another firm. In working with Frakes I have found some of the best attributes needed to fit my standards of having the "best" attorney. For example, outstanding communication skills, extremely knowledgeable, valuable, respectful and very affordable! He strongly resolved my custody issues! Thanks Brad for making my life more enjoyable and less stressful!

I payed Brad for a divorce which did not happen because he avoided my Husband's Attorney's phone calls and did not follow through with responding to my husbands counter. When I asked for the $2500.00 back, he said he had earned it in fees of conversations with me. I'm very disappointed in his lack of honesty and intregrity and am still making payments on the loan which was necessary to pay him. I will be wiser next time.

We hired this attorney for a simple standard visitation 10 months in still no order in affect then just recently found out his license is temp. suspended. Now we are out of pocket on the retainer fee and now looking for another attorney to do the job, even though we can't afford another retainer fee etc.....
