Definitely recommend, he helped me out of a situation I don't believe many could have, and for a reasonable retainer rate. I could not be more grateful. My tickets were in Randolph, I think I would recommend him for those in the Morris County area particularly, but in the end he did his job and he did it exceptionally

Helped me out with my ticket that would have given me points and increased my insurance cost. He was very knowledgeable and knew everything he needed to do to resolve my case in court and explained everything to me in detail. My only small complaint is that I wish he would have communicated with me updates throughout the process without the need for me to reach out first. But I find it to be only a minor issue when he was on top of his work and got me one of the best possible outcomes for my case.

All I can is that thought there wasn’t the best communication BUT he did have the time and patience with me .. he did his best and that all I can ask for .. the rest was through prayer and faith that I’ll receive a good outcome and Dino delivered just that , I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for him . I'm disappointed to give him an unfavorable review. I liked him after two conversations and thought I could trust him. After I paid him, he didn't respond to my texts. He quoted me a price on the phone, but charged my credit card $100 more than he quoted, and then sent me a retainer fee afterward. I questioned him and he said he will refund me after the court appearance, which claimed he has frequent appearances with a couple of clients. He said there were no other clients on that court appearance, which I don't believe. He never gave me a refund. He said the discovery report was included in his fee and two weeks later, he asked me to pay for the discovery report. I refused. Throughout the entire process, he didn't follow up with me, I was the one following up with him. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM!

Under oath, Puglisi recanted her allegations against Abrahamian. The judge dismissed the charges citing Deborah Ann Puglisi's history of embellishment and falsehood.

I have chosen him to represent me throughout the years for various cases I have faced , and he has always demonstrated respect, professionalism , and will try his best to get you the best result in your case . I had a very delicate situation due to immigration status , and he was able to communicate with judges and prosecutors regarding the importance of this detail, and he literally saved me from facing life altering consequences . He also goes above and beyond and will take the time to listen to the details of the case , and communicates with clients very efficiently . You get what you pay for, there are no hidden fees or anything like that. Honestly , I have always been satisfied and if I ever get in trouble again ( god willing I don’t ) I know exactly who to call .

I rate Dino Mambelli 5 stars because he got me off my 3rd DWI/DUI. I ws facing 6 months jail time. I had previously hired a different lawyer and lost my license both times. Dino Mambelli performed his magic that only he can do and got my DWI/DUI dismissed and no jail time. I am so happy I hired him and he didn't cost as much as the other lawyer. I got 3 tickets and needed expert representation. I am very cynical given mixed online reviews of any law firm. I called 3 firms and Dino was the 3rd I called. Unlike the other calls, he picked up the phone, probed a few questions and laid out his defense strategy. I was reassured I will be in good hands. Once agreed, he initiated a Discovery phase to equip him with the right defense. I did not have to appear. Two cases were dismissed and one was upheld with no points. The result was more that I ever expected. He made the process seamless and secure. Thumbs up for Dino!

never calls back, doesnt give the whole story with payments. i had gone to one court appearance, this being the first time ever needing a lawyer, and after having done everything he told me to-getting certain things paid off and such- i was told i had not done everything the court found necessary and was given a second court appearance for which he ran my credit card again without permission. he knows alot and alot of people but hes shady as hell.

Promised that he would have the ticket reduced in the court so that I wouldn't get points or insurance hike. That was a total lie. I wound up having to pay him 750.00, the court 400.00, and now 400.00 per year extra for the next 3 years on insurance for a fender bender where I hit car number 5 in a 6 car pile up.

I would recommend dino mambelli i paid 450.00 for him i am 19 years old and i got in trouble in nj madison i got in trouble for open alcohcol containter in vichele and underage possesion of alcohcol that was going to go on my record and dino got my ticktet dismissed and my charge downgraded to a local offense which doesnt show on any records and i had to pay 600.00 dollar court fee which i was very happy with because i wouldnt come on my background checks =] and i now have a clean record but one thing was he did not contact me that much at all i kept callin him to check up

After receiving 2 tickets one for speeding (97 in a 55) and the other was reckless driving,i made a few calls to lawyers i chose Dino. He explained all my options completely and told me that he will do his best to dismiss at least one ticket. Originally i was supposed to recieve 10 points total and have my license suspended for 12 months..but i walked out with 2 points and my licence suspended for 15 days. And my reckless driving ticket was dismissed. Overall he is an excelent lawyer and he really knows his stuff. and he also knows the prosecutor and judge so thats a bonus. I def recomend him

Could of gotten the same results for the 4 point ticket I was handed without paying this guy $350.
In short, the entire experience dealing with his firm was pretty unsatisfactory.
His secretary always had me on hold and he was a terrible communicator.
I sent him an email with scanned my ticket scanned front and back. (Officer had the wrong number for the court on it amongst other things I found important to helping my case)
He never got back to me.
Talked to him on the phone and he confided in me that he had plead "not guilty" on my behalf to the appropriate court only to find out that my name was not even on the list when I went to the window at the Roxbury Township Court to sign in.
He explained my options poorly, and was going to have me essentially spend close $200 dollars more with a plea of "unsafe driving" until I intervened and asked what me other options were.
Avoid this guy and don't get sucked into his reassurances that he "knows the judge or prosecutor w
