Poor communication throughout the whole case, lawyer could not produce what he had been working on when asked, and he did not believe on the case he was working on first of all. He insisted that a plea deal was the best and pre-judged on what was going to happen. He does not return your calls or update you on what's going on with your case. Save your money, look somewhere else!…
Attorney did not answer my brothers collect calls from jail neither and was on vacation while we where trying to reach him, we never knew when his trial dates where because he does not communicate. He also did many errors that extended the case. In the middle of the trial my brother fired him and went with a public defender that was way better than Jose L. Mendoza that we paid thousands of dollars for. definitely don’t recommend.save yourself a headache and save your money. Invest on a different lawyer.
