Had him as a small claims judge. Even when told by the installer that it was a wrong part he didn't understand the significance. Seemed totally into himself and disinterested in the whole process. His report stated the defendant was very well prepared however found for the plaintiff plus court costs. I believe he was overwhelmed by the amount of information provided but didn't understand it so went for the easy way out. He is not someone you want in your corner. He asked very few questions and misinterpreted a lot. Beware if he becomes a judge and as a lawyer you are better handling the case yourself.

Had him help me with a separation agreement. I found his personality to be condescending and seemed rather uninterested in the whole process. At no point and time did he make any effort to fight for my rights, or did he show any sort of tenacity in his dealings with the other party. He made no suggestions whats so ever of how to advance my position. Make not mistake, his work quality was very good at billing me, all the while displaying an arrogance towards me that would make for some very good lawyer jokes if it wasn't so sad. See him at your own risk.
