Mr Okpala has handled has handled one buying and one selling of two different properties for me. I have found him to be very forthcoming in sharing his knowledge and what he can and can't do for me. He has always been very pleasant with me and chat with me as an equal. He takes the time to explain something when I don't understand. He has always given me a fair price up front for his work and has yet to give me added cost. I would recommend him to my family and friends, and will continue to use his services on different aspects as I need.

Mr. Okpala does not know what he is doing in injury law. I finally hired another lawyer and got some money after years and years. he does not answer calls or let you know what is going on.

Mr. Okpala handled all my immigration and it allowed me to remain in Canada. My work permit was fast the cost was fair. I highly recommend Philip to my family and friends. Philip is nothing but amazing. I have completed 8 home purchases and sales with him and he continues to amaze him at his attention to detail and above all his respect for his clients.
