My husband and I had the occasion to meet with Gregg regarding a personal injury case. His company was in the midst of merging with Murphy Batista law firm. We were passed on to another lawyer from Murphy Batista. Everything went smoothly until I picked up my cheque from the Vernon office. Mr. Cancade's assistant Tasha was extremely rude, patronizing and impatient, without provocation. I would have recommended Gregg cancade and Murphy Batista, but would not wish the wrath of Tasha on anybody. I sent an email of complaint o both Mr. cancade and our lawyer, Matthew but up to today have not heard a word from Mr. cancade. I did however receive an apology from Matthew. I suggest that if your situation causes you stress, pain and anxiety as ours did, to look elsewhere, where the entire team is pulling for you.

These previous posting are highly fictional, as Gregg is EXTREMELY dishonest and is WELL KNOWN TO THROW CASES for bribes (to quote his fellow Lawyers and his staff). He has ILLEGALLY acquired TAXATION for presenting false documentation to the Vernon Court! He takes BRIBES from ICBC to destroy clients claims! He has, many times, treated his female staff ABUSIVELY! He has a VERY VIOLENT TEMPER, often used on his staff!

He and his assistant have attitude issues, poor communications skills double talks, very slow, and takes almost half your settlement in the end. I would not recommend him to anyone.
