Raging alcoholic.David Sloan Missed many meetings. ZERO communication, No Tenacity, work quality is zero because he will never copy you on any work performed. Worst experience ever. AVOID this attorney. Bottom line.David Sloan only wants money.

J. David Sloan is a terrible lawyer. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Fees are ridiculous. He lost my file . Showed up late for court . His office is in disarray . Very poor communication skills, no follow-up & no strategy. The only thing he does quickly is send his bills. Even opposing lawyer would not return his calls. Other lawyers do not respect him enough to bother. I felt he was just dragging my case for the money.

Don't use him. He claimed to not be a turn and burn lawyer and that is exactly what he is. Claims to be the 420 lawyer, but I think he smokes a little too much. He did nothing and took my money anyway.

David Sloan makes it difficult to respect him. His conduct in the following case concerned a loan that David Sloan did not want to pay, even after Joseph Menezes, the man who loaned him the money, had died. Litgating with the dead man's estate to avoid payig a loan was unnecessary. http://www.canlii.org/eliisa/highligh...
