Mr. Varano did a wonderful job representing me and is definitely the lawyer to have on your side in court. A former law colleague of Mr. Varano, A.J. Fusco of Passaic, represented my aunt some time ago and literally left her bankrupt and destitute. Mr. Fusco kept telling my aunt he was going to settle her case out of court with the insurance company. She later found out Fusco never even filed the lawsuit with the court and the statute of limitations had already expired. She tried to contact him multiple times, without avail. Our family later discovered that Fusco had a direct conflict of interest with an agency of the insurance company, of which, the lawsuit was suppose to be pending. My family now provides for my aunt, no thanks to Mr. Fusco. My aunt and family only wish Mr. Varano had represented her. It was a privilege having Mr. Varano representing me and would favorably refer his expert legal services to anyone.
