What a shame to see a few of the reviews of Penny Pritchett. She is a wonderful, fair, intelligent, very insightful, and excellent strategist.My past experience in a divorce were 3 lawyers, who looked the part, spoke the part, were great with the english language BUT no trial experience. They were phone jockeys and paper shufflers. Penny is a trial lawyer, who knows how to get things done. My 8 year ordeal after 3 lawyers who could not move the yardstick i was directed to Penny. 3 months later using her vast experience we had our divorce. As i say, pay a paper shuffler or hire an achiever.

I have been with penny for a year and half now. she has been kind and truly amazing through this process. She has guided me to the right moves and has been very empathetic to me with my situation. I enjoy that is is a direct person in how she communicates and says it like it is. appreciate all the work she’s done for me. She’s a 5 star over all Katrina!!

I have had Penny represent me in 2 different cases,she was fantastic and got done what i needed done and did not overcharge me i would highly recommend Penny

Easily one of the most unethical humans I have ever met. She seems agreeable until she is in front of a Justice. The more arguement between family law clients, the more she makes. The goal should be resolution, not more conflict. I do agree with another comment, she seems to take on high risk clients and constantly fighting to increase her fees. It’s a shame she is still practicing law.

Extremely hard to get a hold of. No call backs and rarely returned emails. Extremely helpful once we sat down but then her follow up from our plan of attack in our next steps were discombobulated. I think she's knowledgeable but gave up using her before I could see if her knowledge was really of good use. If you are highly organised and have plenty of time to call and basically stalk her to get results from her, then she might be worth a shot...

Penny has always been very pleasant, easy to deal with and fair when dealing with my legal matters. There was a mix-up with some accounting, but I assure you, she was more than fair with the amount which she ended up charging me. I think truthfully , I still owe her, so I will always recommend her.

We found she was not very professional. She was rough around the edges, a very hard individual. A person who we found was intimidated byt he courts. Found her very unorganized and took advantage of us with meeting when we did not have too. It was like she wanted more and wasted our time to increase our payment. In court she has lied and twisted things around. Not really a team player only out for her self. Do not pick her as a lawyer since she is not very efficent!
