He is a federally convicted felon for conspiracy to commit sales of unregistered securities; He was a CPA also; He has been suspended in 2 of the the states he was licensed in. Texas has not suspended him,Texas Probate is where he is victimizing families now. He is a criminal and a very frightening man.
