Run away. Jim Christnacht took over my mom’s will from another attorney. His conservative interpretation of the estate booted a child from the estate that undisputedly by everyone should have been in the estate. He then had the executor posturing to avoid being sued over this child being included in the estate. The estate closed and this subject caused major havoc in the family. I talked to an estate lawyer friend afterwards and she was floored it even had to be there. It could have been easily fixed with a 1 page document signed by everyone or during one of their existing trips to court. Instead he has people posturing against each other over a minor member of the estate. The deceased would have been mortified to see this happen. Stay as far away from this guy as you can get.
