Erica is my lawyer and I like her energy and profession. She's so patient to explain everything to you. She goes to court for you and fight 200% for you. I highly recommend her to everyone has to deal with the workermans comp insurance company. She is THAT good. I see somebody said she never returned your calls, because she is so busy and she has to go to the court.

I was in an accident in October 2009. It is now the end of may 2011 and I still don't have a settlement. Erica never answers my calls and she has only called me twice since she has been my attorney. she lies about her progression in the case saying she is further than she is and then when I call to check again, we are right back to where we were 3 months ago. She is getting me the money I needed and then some, but dealing with all of this isn't worth it. She is, however, very friendly though.

Does not return phone calls, you will be put to voice mail every time. She lies about when she is in the office. Talks about her clients behind their backs and to inappropriate people.
