Fails to represent even though being paid. Fails to communicate. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. Does not acknowledge information received even though her office confirms receiving by email. Never has material on hand and files wrong information. Does not provide documents or what is being filed even after several requests. She yells and insults me and is very rude. I have been forced to utilize duty council on my court dates because she ignores me and does not even show on record as representing me. Duty council and court house strongly suggested that I complain to Law Society of Ontario regarding her. I have now had to retain another lawyer. Her misrepresentation was detrimental to my case and has cost me more time and money.

Nicola was great to deal with throughout my entire divorce process. She tells it like it is, and keeps her clients best interest at heart. She cares about her clients and does everything she can to help them. She made a terrifying process a breeze.

she had been biased from the very beginning. She has no knowledge about business issues, as small as common senses, e.g., after sales service, or warranty. She would not intake any opinions which are different from what she is thinking. Very biased, rude, no knowledge. She is not even qualified to be a lawyer, or give any advices. It is ridiculous that she is acting as a deputy judge. That harms lots of people. She should be fired.

Often seems to ignore your calls and emails. Omits important dates from communication w you and then blames you. Can occasionally do a good job especially when grilling your ex but inconsistent.

Utilized Nicola for mediating a marriage break up. Ended up with terms that were fair to both parties. Much better result than trying to contest agreement.

I found her to be very unprofessional, condescending and rude. She actually raised her voice at me when she was singing her own praised about how long she has been a lawyer and what she knows. I went for direction not a popularity contest. I wish I would have never met this woman and thank god we found a lawyer who actually listened to us and is interested in what WE have to say and not how she feels about herself....just an unbelievable experience.
