Every body that I have talked to in regards to this attorney has refered to him as Rick Deal as he always wants people to take whatever deal the Distict Attorneys office wants to offer. He is always unavailabe for any of his clients to contact . As a defence attorney, at least in our case, there has been no effort at a defence of any kind. I am also told that he is personal friends of the local District Attorney.There are some of us that intend to contact all the state government offices that we can think of , the Bar association for Oegon and ask for an investigation into the whole Union County justice system.
