RUN!!!! AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS! Insanely overpriced and like others have said, will blow through your retainer in a matter of days without ever doing a damn thing for you. She LIES about everything and will deny it when you literally have written proof!! Worst mistake I ever made was hiring her. 10k gone and she made matters worse in my case. She is NASTY with an attitude the size of TEXAS if you even question anything she says. You've been warned...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! She was an absolute nightmare to work with!! More headaches than my actual case!! She lies and then tries to over up her lies even when you have well documented proof of things she said! She is incredibly unprofessional and ridiculously overpriced. Christine Wienberg was my attorney for 3 years during a post-Judgment matter with my ex-husband. During that time, she never faltered in her determination to see justice done. She dealt with all the paperwork and pleadings in an extremely timely manner; represented me strongly and intelligently in court; and never stopped being my biggest advocate and cheerleader even when I felt discouraged.

She will spend your retainer in less than a week. Her only goal is to do what is in her best interest NOT in your best interest. She will coerce you to agree with whatever her plans are, if you question the tactics, she will quickly tell you that you may lose custody of your children if you do not follow my orders.

If you want to win - she's good, ruthless actually. As long as you can afford her.. because after you've sold your house to pay her - and there's still a balance - but your ex gets the fees you were awarded excused in bankruptcy.. expect her to take you to court - and have your wages garnished.and I'm talking about amounts like almost $100,000.00.with her actually getting $80,000 .So if you want to fight with your spouse and then your attorney.. she's a good pick

Chris is the best divorce attorney in Rockland and Orange County. When I met with her, she explained how the process worked and it went exactly how she said it would. My ex-husband refused to pay his support obligations..not only did he finally pay but he had to pay a good portion of her fees as well. I would highly suggest that you give her office a call.

The most unscrupulous and unprofessional lawyer I have ever seen. She lies and has a horrible attitude. Dealing with her was extremely unpleasant to the point that I dreaded seeing her face. She doesn't return phone calls and just has a nasty attitude. I most definitely DON'T recommend her.

Christine was there for me and my children every step of the way. When my husband refused to pay his court ordered support she went to court and fought hard for me. If you need a lawyer..she is the one to hire. She will not back down.
