Susan is a amazing Attorney. She is honest and will tell you the truth. MY ex was constantly changing from one bad attorney to another.Even at one point dealing with a Probate attorney he had hired to represent him in our divorce. She did the best possible job considering all of this. She is fair. She knows Placer courts inside and out and is highly experienced in court.

I would recommend Ms Ralston to anyone that is in need of a good, honest attorney. Her attention to detail and strategic thinking was instrumental in my case. Her motivation is what is best for the children/family. Excellent representation.

Miss Ralston didn't do the necessary research on my case. I had to remind her about the specifics daily. She ran through my retainer faster than I could have imagined, plus more. I ended up paying 7K on a case she assured me would cost 2,500. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING WITH THIS LAWYER. She was way out of her scope of practice with my case, but assured me it was straight forward and simple. In the end I had no resolution. Just in debt 7k :(

Watch your back..she uses her staff to do the work without supervision...also her religious beliefs...well..she does not have your best interests at heart...she is so insecure that it is always the other attorney's fault

Keep track of your Retainer , it gets Used up FAST , And they Won't Inform you when you are Over $$$$$ ,just keeps adding up ! You need to check Billing Daily !!....Im makin payments !

I would hire this attorney again without a doubt. She helped me through a divorce with a wife that turned bipolar, alcoholic and began abusing our kids. The extra money I spent was because of the other attorney who was constantly dragging me back into court over every little problem. I have no problem referring friends and family to her.

This attorney is psychotic. Ralston deliberately causes strife and drives up cost with constant contentious and malicious behavior. She lies constantly, is wholly manipulative. Her "winning tactics" cost us more than if we'd chosen a green attorney who actually wanted to resolve the issues with my ex. Do yourself a favor and pick anyone else but her. She constantly inflames every step of the process, stating up outright lies in court to upset all, deliberately seeks to create hostility+bad feelings between my ex and I, generally seeks to create as much confusion as possible. Her briefs are schizophrenic, late and often badly worded. She causes delays then spends the entire court session blaming the other attorney for causing them, thereby requiring our decisions to get delayed by more months. Nothing every gets done she collects more money! And if you have even a remotely positive working relationship with your ex, this idiot will destroy it with her f**k'g stupid games. BEWARE!

Uses lies to the Court and does anything underhanded that she can to destroy an innocent child's chance at a normal life. She would sell her.own if.the price was right. She is driven by money, not what is in the childs best interests. Hoe she can look in the mirror is beyond comprehension.

This attorney gave me excellent representation in my case, protected me and my children, and helped me with my divorce. I followed my attorney's advice and assisted her with the case. I have had friends who did not have as good an outcome with their attorney not because the attorney wasn't good but because my friends became vindictive and angry. No matter how good the attorney is, your case will be sour grapes if you are sour grapes and want to hurt your spouse.
