Having worked in the Broward County Courthouse as a supervisor and law enforcement officer for over 20 years- I had the opportunity to observe hundreds-if not thousands of trials and hearings. When I had the misfortune to have to get divorced myself and it involved my minor son, Tracy was highly recommended. I could have retained many of the lawyers I had met or observed over the years- but Tracy proved to be the absolute best choice. She is highly intelligent, professional and always found time for my questions by phone or an appointment- and she was very busy. You only get divorced once (usually) and you need a highly competent and compassionate attorney. I highly recommend Attorney Tracy Newmark.

I believe our better than expected divorce settlement outcome was largely due to their knowledge, hard work, and trial strategy Tracy and Natalie have gained with their combined 30-yr plus experience. Natalie, the junior associate lawyer, was deep into the weeds of my case and could remember the tiniest details when we would talk and most importantly during the two trials we had. At first I was upset when I had to “pay” for both of them at the trials, but they quickly changed my mind when they performed brilliantly as a dynamic effective team in front of the judge. I was happy to pay that bill and would do it again (not really). Regarding fees, their billing statements were very detailed. I never felt I was being overcharged and always felt their bills were more than fair. Natalie and Tracy were always accessible and gave me quick responses to my calls and emails. Tracy Newmark certainly knows the law and how to advocate for her client. In my case, she quickly addressed the relevant issues and helped bring the case to a quick and positive closure. She negotiated a settlement that was far better than what I expected. I always felt that my decision to engage Tracy was among the best I've made. I recommend Tracy in the strongest possible manner.

Do not under any circumstances hire this lawyer. She took my money and did nothing to help me. I had a very simple case that a first year law student could have handled, but not Newmark. She refused to answer my calls, voicemails, emails until I got the Florida Bar involved. I lost 5K on this lazy pos and had to hire another attorney who took care of my case in a month because he is competent unlike Newmark. Don't do it.

Communication w/clients may not be her strong point. However, her aggressiveness and ability to win in the court room certainly makes up for it. She is one of the more honest ones and gets the job done. If you can handle your case not being micro managed, I would suggest using her. : )

Busy professionals do not sit by the phone and wait for your call; they are working for you and other clients. Tracy has an amazing work ethic and tells you how it is, even if that is not what you want to hear. She is knowledgeable, and an aggressive attorney who is capable of handling the most difficult of divorce situations.

after a terrible experience in Palm Beach area, and a churning lawyer, I went to Tracy. I had very little means to pay her. She worked out a reasonable fee and allowed me to make payments and didn't charge me for every little thing. She did an amazing job for me. She is very ethical. She is very busy, her staff could be more polite at times, but I also didn't pay 40k to a crook that churned. I got an excellent result and did not get nickel and dimed. I recommend her to everyone I know. Telling them in advance, do you want a person that charges you for everything and sets hearings and sends letters all day long or puts their money where their mouth is? She is a tiger in court too.

She is a tough lawyer and those prior ratings are not accurate at all. She and her staff are attentive and helpful. They take the time to explain what the procedure is and how it is going to proceed. The court system is backed up, the lawyer is not to blame for that. Also she charges much less than other lawyers.

After going through some really hard times, and a bad divorce lawyer Tracy Newmark helped me like I never thought possible. She displayed a wide range of knowledge, compassion and support. Most of all, she got me through my divorce. I had lost all hope and Tracy helped me get my divorce finalized in my best interest without leaving me broke and with my dignity. Thanks Tracy

My mother in law has been thru hell dealing with this attorney and for those who say "attorneys are busy". Excuse me! but if you are getting paid to do the job it shouldnt be half done. And please keep in mind I am not talking about 6mths Im talking about 1 1/2 and Ms. Newmark still has not returned a call; and the paperwork needed still has not been filed. Instead someone from the office calls saying they will give her the message. It's been so bad that my mother in law physically went to the judge asking can she just go ahead and file the paperwork that needs to be done. And he told her no...she can only do that once Ms. Newmark withdraws as her attorney. I've been doing research and Ms. Newmark has a complaint against her with the Florida Bar for the same exact complaints that my mother in law and others have exprienced. I only wish she would have done more research before hiring Ms. Newmark, because 2 yrs later that turned out to be the worst mistake.

The worst lawyer ever....all she did was take my money! She never returned a phone call and sat on my case forever because she was friends with the lawyer on the other side. She royally screwed me over and messed up my whole case. Would never recommend her!!!

Tracy does have some issues with returning calls and staying onto of paperwork. But excluding those shortfalls she kicks ass in court. You have to decide do you want a desk jockey to represent you? or a lawyer that can get things done on the courtroom floor where it matters most. I find her fee's acceptable and that she does not charge you $60 for a 15min phone call. Overall Tracy is a tiger in the courtroom with fair rates and will handle the case as it approaches, she reads all documents you hand her and is knowledgeable of the case prior to walking into the courtroom.

Ms. Newmark is an unethical lawyer who's only concern is to make more money for herself. She is disorganized, forgets appointments and then tries to turn the tables and blame you in some way for her forgetfulness. Honestly, sincerity, and professionalism are not her strong points.
