Click to report rating    12/6/11   3     1     1     1     1   Mr. DiCicco Showed Gross In compentence In filling out a form as simple as a child support order. Mr. DiCicco had the court order and all pertant information right in front of him yet he acted like we were not in the same court room and did not hear the same court order handed down from judge susie norby of clackamas county.Mr. DeCicco Instead chose to make up his own calculations and submit a false order to the judge to be signed. He has since refused to fix the problem as well as not talking to my attorney. This as a result has cost me hundreds of dollars in additional attorney fees to get fixed .I will be Filing a complaint with the bar association and sending him a bill for my additional attorney expenses due to his disregard for the law.I dont know that anything i do will help hold this guy accountable for his actions.      3/9/10   1     3     1     1     1   RUN!!! Mr. DiCicco is about deals. You pay him to defend you and he looks for an easy way to get the case off his case load. This was a child support case were the absent parent owed me over 15grand in back CHILD support. Mr. Dicicco had me satisfy his arrears, and have the absent parent pay $2500 with in 60 days as part of the deal. (I didn't want to do this deal, Mr. DiCicco pressured me.) The absent parent failed to pay, and Mr. Dicicco FAILED to take proper action (Contempt) against the absent parent, instead he withdrew from my case and made a HUGE mess for my new attorney to clean up. Before withdrawing he FALSELY told the absent parents attorney that I had no income or day care costs, AFTER I faxed Mr. DiCicco proof of both weeks before. (These two factors play a HUGE part in determining one's monthly child support obligations). Look on, this man will do you know justice! RID: 27989
