Janine Frisco is exactly what I think a lawyer is in family law. Her communication is poor, if you like a lawyer for tenacity then this is your ticket. However, you will look poorly in the judges eye. She laughs at the opposing side, ridicules them, and talks over them when court reporter is typing. So the whole process takes longer than average which means more money in her pocket. She could have used her professionalism and integrity and I would have had a better outcome. The judge favors my ex's parenting plan and rightfully so. The whole experience was abysmal. Save yourself the money and time and and embarrassment and find a professional lawyer.

After researching and meeting with many lawyers, I came across Janine and I am so glad I did. My divorce and child custody battle was ugly, however Janine made it as smooth as possible. I felt like she genuinely cared about my case and was fighting for it as if it were her own. She kept me in the loop on everything and was super easy to talk to. I highly recommend Janine as an attorney.

I reviewed 4 attorneys before hiring Ms. Frisco and I am very pleased I chose her. Janine advocated for me and genuinely cared about what was best for our children rather then trying to win. In the end, Janine turned a very emotional and daunting situation into a positive one, I recommend Janine to anyone who is in need of a family attorney!

I had Janine represent me in my divorce case several years ago and just recently for child custody modification. I was very happy with having Janine represent me several years ago and still just as happy now. Janine really does care about her clients and children and always gives the best advice and does what is best for all. Janine is not only empathetic to her clients, she is honest and ethical. I am still very happy and feel secure knowing that Janine has and will continue to have my back.

Ms. Frisco came unprepared and forgot several details of my case. She ended up getting the job done, but I wish she would have kept me me informed about what was going on.

Janine is a genuine and caring person who cares about her clients and will do her best to make certain that she does the best job possible. I have seen the hard work and endless hours of time she puts in each client's case and it is extremely admirable. I recommend her first on my list as her work is meticulous, never shoddy (for those who can't even spell correctly), and well thought out.

Saw Janine for a consultation. gave me great advice, went above and beyond my expectations. Helped me with a document and took my calls to give me advice after my consult without having set a retainer. Will difinitely have her represent me if need be for my family case.

I had Janine as my family attorney and I referred her to many many people. Janine is extremley compassionate, intelligent, hard-working, and very successful in getting positive results. Janine is the opposite of expensive she is more than fair with charges and is very organized in her presentation with the courts. I was very lucky to have found her and all the people I referred to her can't ythank me enough for finding this honest and ethical attorney.

My god!! that was not my experience. Open up your Wallets $$$$.Lots of money she always in need of assistance. Needs help with details on your case she won't remember of course.Big ALERT... truly a disaster on my part.I paid through the court to get a copy of my own papers. Never got them through their office after calls, and messages. Nightmare and unacceptable ethics. Is bad enough to have a problem and then to have a headache with an attorney doing their job.
