Carlos represented me at a reckless driving case recently. Among the 6 lawyers I consulted, he was the only one that offered, with reasonable confidence, to aim to reduce the charge to failure to pay full time and attention, which is the most lenient outcome that carries no point and no record, in contrast with the 6 point, 7-year record offense that'd come with reckless driving. And that's exactly what he delivered. All other lawyers I consulted either shied away from even mentioning the possibility for the most lenient ruling or thought that'd not be probable, and instead would shoot for a 3-point/3 year record verdict of improper driving. The latter would be similar to an outcome I'd likely have been able to attain had I represented myself in court, given the nature of the incident. I'm impressed by Carlo's confidence and integrity in trying his best and looking out for the client's best interest. I'll be recommending Carlos to anyone I know looking for legal representation.

I was charged with 3 counts of Assualt and Battery in October of 2009. At the sametime I was commited to the mental hospital, due to my threats of suicide and such while I was being arrested. To make matters worse I was very uncooperative during my arrest. I was very nervous with the outcome of this case, but in the end Mr. Wall worked out a peace bond with the victims and, and the prosecutor decided to "noelle process" the charges. There where times where where it was hard to communicate with him, and he would tell me the negative outcomes of the case. But he did take the time to talk to me almost everytime I called him, and very thourghly reviewed my mental records from the hospital, which helped my case when we went to court. In the end I was very satisfied with the outcome of his work, he even gave me advice as to what I should do to expunge the charges. If the courts assign you this man, God is looking after you.Because I was clearly guilty, even though I was techinally insane.
