I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Mokaram on an auto accident I was involved in. He took very good care of me and was very involved in my accident. I did work more closely with his assistant, Amanda, than him personally but if I left a message with her for him, he always returned my call. Even gave his personal cell phone out for me to contact him at any time for status. My case did take 16 months to wrap up but in the end I was happy with my settlement and he reduced his expneses to make the numbers work in my favor. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

Its always hard getting in touch with the actual lawyers! You can only go through his assistant Amanda who is a ..... as well as the lady who answers the phone. They all have attitudes including the lawyers! We have waited a whole year for our check and when we come up there to pick it up they tell us we have to inform them 24 hrs before hand! After we have already waited a whole year! They couldn't just do a favor knowing we have been needing this money. They don't care about nobody but themselves! I wouldn't suggest anybody go to them! The are the worst lawyers around

His communication skills are horrible. I would never let hin represent me again. I wouldn't even refer my enemy to him. They are very unorganized and made me feel uneasy throughout my case. I wish I could sue him for the suffering he has caused. Your in need of good customer service skills.

So happy with this firm - I have used other PI firms in the past, what a difference experience makes! If I ever have another accident, I will be back here again.
